MaruGlobal PowerSoul
PowerSoul is a trauma-informed retreat program created by MaruGlobal to help women survivors of domestic and sexual violence and human trafficking rebuild confidence, resilience, and a sense of personal power.
The program combines guided motorcycle skills training, peer support workshops, and restorative time in nature within a safe, confidential environment. Through structured physical challenge and supportive community, participants rediscover trust in themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with their own sense of agency.
PowerSoul retreats take place on a private property designed for safety and reflection, including individual cabins, a closed motorcycle track, and dedicated workshop spaces. Each retreat hosts a small cohort of women referred by partner organizations and is provided entirely free of charge.
The program draws on emerging research in adventure-based therapy, nature-based healing, and movement-centered trauma recovery—approaches that have shown promising results in improving emotional regulation, self-confidence, and social connection among trauma survivors.
By combining physical skill-building with trauma-informed support, PowerSoul offers women a powerful opportunity to step beyond survival and begin reclaiming strength, independence, and hope.
